AGING: Alcoholic fermentation takes place in truncated cone-shaped French oak vats, while malolactic fermentation occurs in barrels. The wine is aged for 30 months in new “T5” French oak barrels by Taransaud, sourced from the Tronçais forest in Allier. Unfiltered to preserve its full character and complexity.

VIEW: Deep, intense cherry color with brick-red rim nuances that reflect its elegant evolution over time.

BOUQUET: Complex and expressive on the nose, revealing ripe black fruit aromas layered with liqueur-like and balsamic notes. Subtle hints of Mediterranean herbs, cassis, licorice, and carob add depth and sophistication.

MOUTH: Enveloping, powerful, and noble on the palate. Full-bodied and silky, with remarkable persistence. Notes of coffee and tobacco emerge during the finish, leaving a sensation of refined balance and elegant harmony.

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with roasted red meats, game dishes, slow-cooked stews, aged cheeses, Iberian pork, and rich Mediterranean cuisine. Also excellent as a contemplative wine to enjoy on its own.
