AGING: Aged for 6–8 months in oak barrels: 70% French oak and 30% American oak, using both new and second-use barrels.

VIEW: Pale lemon yellow, clear and bright.

BOUQUET: Highly expressive, with aromas of peach, pear and tropical fruit, complemented by hints of fresh herbs and boxwood, together with subtle notes of cream and white pepper.

MOUTH: Fresh, balanced and rounded, with lingering notes of ripe and tropical fruit.
