VIEW: Pale yellow with persistent bubbles.

BOUQUET: Green apple, citrus fruit and delicate toasted-bread notes.

MOUTH: Dry and harmonious, with good structure, a mineral undertone and a long finish.

FOOD PAIRING: Aperitifs, fish and seafood.
