Ageing: Aged on lees in the bottle for 10 months.

Appearance: Wine with delicate, soft bubbles that are not especially persistent, allowing a clear view of what lies beneath.

Aroma: Aroma of red fruit, maintaining the character of Navarra rosé, with strawberries, raspberries, and candy notes.

Palate: Joyful, fruity, fun, and fresh on the palate, maintaining the red fruit character of the red Grenache rosé, giving it a sweeter nuance than the white.

Food pairing: An ideal wine to accompany cheeses, pizzas, pastas, and less heavy, more "casual" meals. It is also a good companion for vegetables, legumes, grilled meats, and barbecues.
