BOUQUET: Medium fruity olive. Depending on the vintage, it reveals a broad base with reminiscences of artichoke, tomato plant and various vegetables.

MOUTH: Sweet with an apple background and evocative of almonds. With a slight spiciness, the more astringent flavour appears at the very end of the tasting.
